熟悉生命科学仪器维修工作，如PCR仪，能经常出差

1. Consistently provide preventive and maintenance services to customers始终为用户提供预防性和保养性的维修服务

2. Service all LSG and CDG instruments such as pre-installation, warranty follow up etc.维修所有LSG和CDG仪器，例如：预安装，保修等等

3. Work closely with distributor’s service team in the region与本区的代理商维修队伍紧密合作。

4. Ensure all service calls are handled on time and to the satisfaction of the customer保证所有维修处理及时并令用户满意

5. Ensure the in-house workshop, tools and test equipment and keep the area tidy and clean at all times保持维修间，工具和测试设备及维修区域的整洁和及时得到清洁

6. Maintain all Demo equipment in proper order保持所有DEMO仪器在正常工作状态

7. Distributor’s service support代理维修支援

8. Complete QC job and refurbish job.完成QC工作

9. Perform other duties as required完成其它所需的责任

10. In House Repairs: Keep track of In House repair jobs and ensure parts required are ordered and status displayed on the job cards.室内维修：保管室内维修记录和保证所需配件的订货，及在工作记录卡上显示该工作状态

11. Ensure that the Company achieves its customer satisfaction objective at all times 确保任何时候达到用户满意。

12. Report promptly to the Service Manager of any circumstances where this is not occurring 在事件未发生前及时向维修经理报告详细情况

13. Maintain good customer relationships 与用户保持良好关系

14. Update customer’s data base by providing user names, contact person, address, telephone no. email address 提供用户名，联系人，地址，电话，email来更新用户数据库

15. Conducts oneself in a manner that will, at all times, bring credit to him/herself, the Company and the industry任何时候均保持良好的个人形象，从而带来个人信誉，公司和产品信誉。

16. Ensure all spare parts are properly recorded, kept, and used确保所有配件有正确的记录，保管和使用

17. Ensure replenishment of spare parts used by raising requisition orders通过正常的订货保证配件的补充

18. Prepare requisition orders for spare parts not available准备申请订货未使用的配件

19. Instigate Quality Problem Reports where non-compliance is discovered撰写关于未发现的问题的质量问题报告

20. Initiate and update product knowledge学习和更新产品知识

21. Ensure that a Performance Management Plan is agreed to and in place确认绩效考核管理计划的同意和完成

22. Implement an Individual Development Plan 贯彻个人发展计划

23. Meeting territory service goals and objectives达到本区的维修目标和指标。

24. Achieving and control cost and service expense完成和控制维修成本和花费
