Organization Development Manager

Major Accountabilities:
1.Perform ongoing assessment of organization-wide development needs, design and deliver OD activities based on site demand
2.Direct responsible for policy and organization development for China, demonstrate responsiveness and value for internal customers
3. Organizational diagnosis according to the company and department business operation.
4. To provide organization improvement solution to top management and related department. Then to implement detail action strongly to improve efficiency of the organization.
5.To design organization and post according to business development and process improvement
6. To update timely organization structure and post description with the business development
7.To drive Change management process with the organization adjustment
8. Project management of various OD projects.

Key Required Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least 5 years of OD experience in MNC, FMCG company is preferred;
-Good computer skills especially in Microsoft office, familiar with HR system
-Solid OD and HR general knowledge;
-Proficient English both in written and spoken;
-Work under pressure and being independent;
-Good teamwork spirit ,cooperation capability, communication skill and emergency-handling skill
