Job description
- Lead CDL Cloud development team in Shanghai for development, maintenance, solution and L3 support;
- Deliver and make sure the product quality can meet schedule and quality objectives;
- Work with PM, Worldwide Architects, and Cloud Development Leadership team to identify development priority and working scope;
- Communicate with stakeholders, upper line managers and team members effectively to ensure smooth business operation;
- Take overall department operation responsibility as people manager, team building, talent growth, lead resource management, performance management, financial management, education, and other activities;
- Maintain high team morale, enable high performance for team members.



Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of covmpany's software development procedures;
- Knowledge of IBM Cloud Computing is a plus;
- Knowledge of IBM middleware products and industry solutions is a plus;
- Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills;
- Understanding of quality engineering techniques and documentation standards;
- Demonstrated eagerness to solicit ideas and assimilate them;
- Able to resolve problems in a timely manner;
- Ability to work flexible hours is required;
- Proven strong business acumen, problem solving ability, and attention to detail.

Required
- Master's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in department management/ position in the multinational company
- At least 5 years experience in Project management
- At least 5 years experience in leading software product development projects
- At least 5 years experience in quality engineering techniques and documentation standards
- English: Fluent
